We are seeking a talented and experienced Compliance AML-TM System Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transaction monitoring systems, data integration, and problem-solving skills. This role requires expertise in Actimize, Oracle, and SQL, with a good grasp of Shell Scripting and Java.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support Actimize systems for transaction monitoring, ensuring effective detection and reporting of suspicious activities.
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to AML systems, coordinating with vendors as needed to address and resolve technical problems.
  • Oversee and ensure accurate data integration across various systems, including upstream and downstream processes, report generation, and data flow.
  • Utilize Oracle and SQL skills to extract, analyze, and generate reports related to transaction monitoring and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain Shell Scripts (e.g., ksh, perl) to automate tasks and streamline processes.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and implement solutions to enhance system performance and compliance.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements, driving changes to optimize transaction monitoring processes and overall system efficiency.

Key Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of experience in a System Analyst role, with a focus on AML transaction monitoring and compliance.
    • Proficiency with Actimize systems, particularly in transaction monitoring, on Solaris, Red Hat, or AIX environments.
    • Strong experience with Oracle for report extraction and database management.
    • Intermediate level proficiency in SQL or PL/SQL for data analysis and reporting.
    • Practical experience with Shell Scripting languages such as ksh or perl.
    • Basic to intermediate experience with Java programming.
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze problems effectively, develop solutions, and coordinate with vendors as necessary.
    • Solid understanding of data integration points, including upstream and downstream processes, and report generation.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Familiarity with Actimize modules such as RCM (Regulatory Compliance Manager), ActOne, SAM (Surveillance and Analytics Module), or UDM (Unified Data Model).
    • Experience with Unix, Linux, and NT operating systems.
