SAP ABAP HANA Consultant

We are looking for a skilled SAP ABAP HANA Consultant to join our project team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in SAP ABAP development and SAP HANA and will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom SAP ABAP programs (Reports, Forms, Interfaces, Enhancements, and Workflows).
• Optimize existing ABAP programs for SAP HANA to enhance performance.
• Develop and manage HANA database procedures using SQLScript and CDS views.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-go-live support.
• Ensure that all custom development meets performance standards and follows SAP best practices.
• Create technical documentation for custom developments and system enhancements.
• Participate in SAP HANA migration projects and support integration with other SAP systems.

Requirements:

• 5-8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development, including at least 2 years working with SAP HANA.
• Strong programming skills in ABAP (OOP, SmartForms, SAP Scripts, BAPI, RFC, ALE/IDocs).
• Experience with HANA development (CDS views, SQLScript, AMDP).
• Knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD) and integration points.
• Proven expertise in ABAP debugging, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Experience in SAP HANA migration projects and understanding of HANA architecture.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• SAP ABAP and HANA certifications are a plus.
