About the job Governance Control Administrator
This role supports the Cybersecurity Department and reports to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). It focuses on managing cybersecurity projects, risks, reporting, and helping the team stay organized and compliant.
Responsibilities:
- Handle procurement, budgeting, and tracking for cybersecurity programs
- Maintain a security risk register and follow up on risk-related actions
- Organize meetings and forums to support cybersecurity goals
- Manage and update documents such as cyber policies, strategies, and standards
- Prepare and report cybersecurity risk metrics to senior leaders
- Oversee cyber-related due diligence and engage with investment companies
- Coordinate across departments to support cybersecurity programs
- Ensure handovers are smooth and documentation is complete
- Support internal/external audits with required documents
- Help onboard cybersecurity partners and manage their setup
- Assist in organizing cybersecurity forums and reporting activities
- Track trials of new cybersecurity technologies (proof-of-concepts)
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or similar
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and senior leaders
- 3-5 years of experience in project management or business analysis, ideally in cybersecurity
- Comfortable using data to measure progress and improvement
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Great communicator, able to work with technical and non-technical teams.
- Confident presenting to senior management
