We are looking for an energetic Assistant Outlet Manager to support daily store operations, lead the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with the Outlet Manager to ensure smooth operations, strong customer service, and adherence to Client's standards.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily store operations and lead shift teams.

Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive store environment.

Train, coach, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets.

Manage inventory, cash handling, labour planning, and store SOPs.

Drive implementation of company programs and operational improvements.

Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and operational standards.

Resolve operational and customer issues promptly.
Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years supervisory or operations experience in F&B or retail.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Customer-focused with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
