About the job Recruitment Intern – APAC
We are looking for Recruitment Interns to support hiring activities across Technology, Banking/Financial Services, and Manufacturing roles in the APAC region. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world recruitment, sourcing, and client interaction.
Location : Remote / Hybrid ( Singapore or APAC)
Duration : 3-6 months ( Extendable based on Performance)
Internship Type : Paid/ Stipend based ( Flexible)
Responsibilities

Support recruiters in candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, job portals, and databases.
- Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.

Conduct initial candidate outreach and follow-ups.

Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment reports.

Support interview scheduling and coordination.

Research talent markets, salary trends, and role availability.

Assist in job posting creation and employer branding activities.

Learn end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.
Eligibility & Requirements :

Final-year students or recent graduates in HR, Business, Psychology, Engineering, or related fields.

Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consulting.

Good communication skills (written and verbal).

Comfortable using LinkedIn, MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Willingness to learn and take ownership.
