About the job Recruitment Intern – APAC

We are looking for Recruitment Interns to support hiring activities across Technology, Banking/Financial Services, and Manufacturing roles in the APAC region. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world recruitment, sourcing, and client interaction.

Location : Remote / Hybrid ( Singapore or APAC)

Duration : 3-6 months ( Extendable based on Performance) 
Internship Type : Paid/ Stipend based ( Flexible) 

Responsibilities

  • Support recruiters in candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, job portals, and databases.

  • Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and follow-ups.

  • Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment reports.

  • Support interview scheduling and coordination.

  • Research talent markets, salary trends, and role availability.

  • Assist in job posting creation and employer branding activities.

  • Learn end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.

Eligibility & Requirements :
  • Final-year students or recent graduates in HR, Business, Psychology, Engineering, or related fields.

  • Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consulting.

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, MS Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

  • Willingness to learn and take ownership.
