About the job Sales Director
New Roots Recruiting is scaling fast, and were looking for a high-impac Director of Sales to lead revenue growth, close new clients, and build a nationwide sales organization. This role is for a builder someone who can sell, lead, and create structure as we expand into major markets across the U.S.
Responsibilities

Own all revenue growth and close new client contracts (annual, monthly, flash offers).

Build, recruit, and lead a team of commission-only sales reps across Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Miami, Tampa, Atlanta, Charleston, Boston, NYC, and more.

Develop a repeatable outbound and inbound sales system for recruiting services and relocation support.

Manage daily KPIs, coaching, and performance standards for the sales team.

Partner with the Founder to refine offers, pricing, and sales scripts to increase close rates.

Support enterprise outreach to property management, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, and construction.

Represent New Roots Recruiting with professionalism, speed, and urgency during client calls, demos, and meetings.

Drive weekly sales targets including closing at least 12 new clients per week.

Proven experience selling recruiting, staffing, or B2B services.

Strong leadership skills can motivate, coach, and hold a team accountable.

High urgency, strong follow-through, and ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.

Compensation

Commission-only with unlimited earning potential
