Client Account Associate: Buy Ops Warehouse

Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Account Associate: Buy Ops Warehouse to assist our clients directly in their daily operations. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and can adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Basic Qualification:

• Strong organizational, analytical and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Proficiency in office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Email Management Skills
  

What You'll Do:

• Provide daily operational support directly to clients.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and client requests.
• Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and maintain reports using Excel.
• Communicate effectively with clients, customers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Work under pressure and adapt to changes in tasks or priorities as needed.
• Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Follow-up with the vendors
• Updating correct data in the system using AS400

Who You Are:

• Education: Senior high diploma or any vocational course is acceptable.
• BPO experience of at least 6 months to 1 year is an advantage
• Able to work onsite and night shift.
• Knowledge with Microsoft excel.
