Position: Client Account Associate

Overview:

The Client Account Associate serves as a dedicated support professional, assisting assigned clients in streamlining their processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role involves administrative support, data management, communication handling, and problem-solving to help clients achieve their business goals.

Basic Qualification:

  • Strong organizational, analytical and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and proactively.

  • Proficiency in office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Assignment: Marketplace Department

What You'll Do:

  • Manage pricing, promotions, and discounts for new and existing items through system uploads.

  • Handle listing errors and optimizations on Amazon, Walmart, NewEgg, eBay, and other active platforms to ensure accuracy and visibility.

  • Resolve Amazon Error Files and develop Plans of Action for closed or at-risk listings.

  • Align store categories with marketplace standards for seamless operations.

  • Collaborate with vendors and merchants on product availability, purchase orders, and inventory updates.

  • Address JIRA tickets promptly and support issue resolution with the team.

  • Conduct business analysis to track performance, sales trends, and market insights.


Who You Are:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in eCommerce. Amazon knowledge is a plus.

  • Education: Vocational or Four year college degree.

  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft excel.

  • Able to work onsite and night shift.
