We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and excellent proficiency in Excel to manage scheduling, track appointments, and communicate with clients effectively. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for scheduling appointments, confirming details with clients, and maintaining an organized record of all appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate appointments between clients and appropriate staff members.
Contact clients to confirm appointment details, reschedule when necessary, and answer any queries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment records in Excel, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval.
Provide exceptional customer service through clear, friendly, and professional communication, both over the phone and via email.
Ensure smooth communication between clients and staff, providing reminders and updates as needed.
Collaborate with team members to streamline appointment processes and improve efficiency.
Handle inquiries and resolve any issues related to appointment scheduling in a timely manner.
Perform administrative duties as necessary, including updating client information and managing calendars.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, with a focus on communication and relationship building.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manage data, create spreadsheets, and use formulas for scheduling and tracking.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly and professional demeanor, with a strong customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
Previous experience as an appointment setter or in a similar administrative role is a plus.
