Buy Ops Associate

Objective

The Buy Ops Associate is responsible for partnering with merchants and the sales team to support the business needs. They will primarily be focused on administrative duties for the Merchant team.

Responsibilities

• Enter pricing for new items via system uploads
• Maintain up-to-date pricing for existing items
• Setup item promotions in the system
• Enters item discounts and special pricing for sales, special events and item promotions
• Collaborate with vendors and merchants on product availability
• Remove discontinued items from the product assortment
• Communicate with vendors on purchase orders ETAs

• Communicate items ETAs with customer service and the sales department

Skills & Experience

• Strong Knowledge of outlook and Microsoft office
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, and project management skills

Requirements

• Can work onsite BPO seats Marquee mall
• Can work on night shift
