Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Operations & Reporting Assistant to support campaign execution through reporting, proof of performance (POP) tracking, and content updates. This role will work cross-functionally with channel managers, the merchandising team, and the marketing leadership team to ensure timely and accurate campaign documentation, performance analysis, and content updates on our events and CMP pages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track, collect, organize, and archive proof of performance (POP) for marketing campaigns across email, paid media, web, and social.
  • Prepare and submit POP claims to vendors, ensuring accurate data and timely submission.
  • Maintain a centralized POP library and ensure its consistently updated.
  • Support campaign reporting: create campaign performance summaries using Google Analytics and internal data exports.
  • Collaborate with the larger Marketing team to ensure report accuracy and alignment on KPIs.
  • Create and update campaign landing pages and event listings using a content management system (CMS).
  • Assist with UTM tagging and validation across marketing assets.
  • Communicate campaign metrics and issues clearly with internal stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the marketing operations team.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, reporting, or campaign coordination.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred); experience with Looker or similar BI tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Magento, or custom tools.
  • Basic Photoshop skills for quick image edits and content formatting.
  • Familiarity with UTM parameters and performance tracking.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Non-Negotiables:

  • Strong attention to detail (particularly with numbers, links, and dates).
  • Proven experience with reporting tools (Google Analytics, Excel).
  • Ability to meet deadlines reliably and communicate delays or blockers early.
  • Ability to work EST business hours and support fast-paced marketing calendars.
  • Experience using a CMS for web content updates.
  • Comfortable working independently, following instructions, and applying feedback.
