Job Summary:
The Technical Support Customer Service Representative will help customers with technical
issues related to Godox products, such as lighting equipment, flashes, and accessories. This
role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving problems, offering guidance on product
use, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat for Godox products.
Resolve issues related to lighting equipment, flashes, and studio setups.
Troubleshoot electrical, firmware, and compatibility issues.
Guide customers on setup, installation, and product use.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical support teams.
Follow up on escalated issues to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain knowledge of Godox products, including new releases and common
issues.
Help customers understand product features and recommend compatible items.
Provide excellent customer service with clear, professional communication.
Document customer interactions and technical issues for future reference.
Collect customer feedback on product performance and satisfaction.
Report common issues to the product team for improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience in technical support or customer service, especially with photography/lighting
products.
Strong understanding of Godox products and photography equipment is a plus.
Ability to troubleshoot equipment, including electrical and firmware issues.
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
