Telemarketing Representative

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Telemarketing Representative to assist our clients directly in their daily operations. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and with proven experience in making outbound calls and with telemarketing / cold calling experience. 

Job Description:

• Make outbound calls.
• Introduce and explain the company's services.
• Identify interested prospects.
• Record call results and follow-ups.
• Pass qualified leads to the client.

Job Qualifications:

• Excellent spoken English with a clear accent
• Confident and professional on the phone
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Reliable and comfortable making frequent outbound calls
• Telemarketing / cold calling experience is preferred
• With BPO experience is preferred
