Quality Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Specialist to join our client growing team. The Quality Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that our company's processes meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the controlled documentation process, including translating, updating, and timely tracking of documents.

• Develop and redesign layouts and templates for warehouse sections, workstations, alleys, and safety markings by 5S principles.

• Verifies the implementation and adherence to new procedures.

• Inspects delivered parcels to ensure compliance with standardization requirements.

• Analyzes and resolves issues related to lost boxes.

• Monitors material consumption at workstations.

• Assists in or conducts regular audit missions for each group.

• Supports the training process by coordinating meetings with trainers, facilitating discussions, and updating relevant information.

• Acts as a backup for the Quality Specialist as needed.

• Adheres to the directives of the Quality Leader.

Ideal Candidate:

• Medium level of English (spoken + written), at least B1.

• Computer skills (medium level), especially Excel.

• Proven experience in warehouse.

• Experience with procedures (is a plus).

• Asertivity, stress-resistance.

• Well organized, punctual person with eye for detail.
