About the Role

As an Electrical Design Engineer, youll play a key role in the planning, design, and coordination of electrical infrastructure for renewable energy projects, particularly photovoltaic parks. Your work will support the development of sustainable energy systems and contribute directly to a greener future.

Responsibilities

• Design and model electrical connections for PV parks, including grid connection and substations.
• Design high-voltage lines (110, 220, 400 KV) and substations.
• Prepare and submit technical documentation (ATR, building permits, connection studies).
• Liaise with local authorities to obtain all required permits and licenses.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external technical teams and partners.
• Monitor project timelines and infrastructure performance.
• Contribute to the implementation of energy efficiency strategies.
• Generate and maintain accurate project reports and documentation.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field.
• MSc in Sustainable Energy or Project Management is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical infrastructure design and renewable energy.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, PV Syst, MS Office, and MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of Romanian Electrical Code and relevant legislation.
• Ability to evaluate ATRs, technical connection studies, and grid analysis.
• Excellent project planning and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.

Location Bucharest, with travel to project sites as required.
