Our client, a leading company in the gaming and entertainment industry, is seeking Technical Sales Support to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a technical background who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process orders and maintain a centralized database;
- Manage data related to transport and orders;
- Prepare specific reports and process inflows in the management system;
- Generate reports required by the department head;
- Collaborate with warehouse management for efficient goods transfer;
- Support the sales department by processing orders and managing the database;
- Place orders based on available stock;
- Track deliveries and outbound shipments;
- Handle technical orders related to machines, including settings, installations, and conversions.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a higher education degree, preferably in a technical field;
- Fluent in English (intermediate-advanced level, both written and spoken), with strong communication skills;
- Has at least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a commercial environment (customer care, technical support);
- Possesses intermediate to advanced computer skills (Word, Excel);
- Basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage;
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to think flexibly and take initiative;
- Works well independently and collaborates effectively with internal and external teams;
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
