Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Coordination: Define project scope, set clear objectives, and ensure technical feasibility. Develop detailed plans and timelines to keep projects on track.

• Stakeholder Management: Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure alignment and transparency.

• System & Process Design: Oversee the creation of system, hardware, and software requirements, ensuring that each project is built to last and meets high industry standards.

• Execution & Delivery: Manage resources, both internal and external, to ensure smooth execution and delivery of high-quality results. Track progress and adjust plans as needed.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and produce regular progress reports to keep all stakeholders informed.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues early, taking proactive steps to mitigate them and keep projects on course.

• Performance Monitoring: Measure project success using key metrics, ensuring both short-term milestones and long-term objectives are achieved.
