Key Responsibilities

- Boost Sales and Retention: Identify and implement measures to grow sales of parts, accessories, and services, while ensuring high standards in customer service.
- Optimize Market Potential: Leverage market opportunities to achieve business targets and expand customer retention initiatives.
- Lead Promotional Efforts: Organize and oversee promotional activities to increase sales and brand visibility.
- Monitor Performance: Ensure compliance with service benchmarks such as the Service Report and implement continuous improvement plans.
- Manage Resources: Oversee internal cost evaluations and ensure optimal use of financial, material, and human resources.
- Develop the Team: Lead, train, and motivate the team to perform at their best, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role in the automotive after-sales sector.
- Medium to advanced English language skills.
- Strong knowledge of general management principles, including technical expertise, financial acumen, and team leadership abilities.
- A deep understanding of automotive repairs, parts sales, market trends, and consumer behavior.
- Expertise in after-sales systems and operational processes.
- Analytical and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams effectively.
- Proven ability to adapt strategies to meet and exceed objectives.
