AP Accountant

Our client, a fast-moving company in the retail industry, is looking for an AP Specialist to help streamline financial operations, collaborate with key departments, and make an impact in a growing business.

What You' ll Be Doing

• Resolving discrepancies and returns, ensuring smooth financial processes

• Monitoring stock calculations, adjusting inventory levels, and supporting reconciliation

• Recording and processing documents in D365

• Preparing reports and analyses related to accounts payable and inventory

• Ensuring proper document flow and archiving

• Collaborating with warehouse, transport, and other teams to optimize processes

• Managing supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations

• Tracking payment deadlines and maintaining strong supplier relationships

What Were Looking For

• Education in logistics, economics, or a related field (higher education preferred)

• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel

• A proactive, independent, and team-oriented approach

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail

• Strong communication skills and confidence in supplier interactions
