SAP Masterdata Senior Specialist / Coordinator

At KreativeHR, we are seeking a talented and experienced SAP Masterdata Senior Specialist / Coordinator for our esteemed client, a global retailer expanding into Romania. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and quality of commercial master data, driving efficient data management practices, and supporting business operations through effective data governance.

Responsibilities

Master Data Management:

Creation and maintenance of master data, including customer/vendor, product, pricing, and other relevant data elements.

Data Governance:

Develop and implement data governance policies in SAP/D365 systems, standards, and procedures to maintain the integrity and quality of master data.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce data management best practices.

Data Integration:

Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of commercial master data across systems.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with logistic, commercial, finance, sales, marketing teams, and other relevant departments to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.

Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on data-related issues and queries.

Process Optimization:

Continuously evaluate and improve master data management processes to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.

Implement automation and technology solutions to streamline data management workflows.

Training and Documentation:

Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for users involved in data entry and maintenance.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of data management processes and procedures.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in SAP, managing Master Data in SAP system

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Proactive and Ownership attitude, being able to work under pressure

Strong communication skills

Demonstrated ability to show initiative, tenacity, problem-solving

Fluency in English
