As they expand into Romania, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to play a key role in driving regional growth and building long-term customer relationships.

What Youll Do

  • Build and grow a pipeline of enterprise opportunities across strategic industries in Romania and North America.

  • Use your network and sales acumen to identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects.

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including opportunity management, scoping, proposal creation, negotiations, and contract closure.

  • Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure value alignment and seamless implementation.

  • Be a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights on supply chain innovation and transformation.

  • Represent the company at key industry events, webinars, and client engagements.

  • Manage your funnel through HubSpot and provide accurate revenue forecasting.

Your Profile

7 years of experience selling SaaS solutions, preferably in the supply chain, logistics, or enterprise software space.

  • Strong hunter mindset, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas and developing enterprise accounts.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment with global reach.
