Our client, a leading company in the gaming and entertainment industry, is seeking a Deputy Sales Director Processes & Tools (Salesforce) to enhance and optimize sales processes, tools, and technology. This role will focus on CRM (Salesforce) administration, automation, and data-driven decision-making to improve sales performance and efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate with sales leadership, IT, and other business units to drive CRM adoption and streamline sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations & Process Optimization:

  • Oversee and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices for sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
  • Develop methodologies to ensure alignment with company objectives.

CRM (Salesforce) Management & Optimization:

  • Own the Salesforce strategy, ensuring proper configuration, customization, and integration with other tools.
  • Work with IT and sales teams to enhance CRM functionality, automate workflows, and improve usability.
  • Ensure high data quality and integrity in Salesforce through governance policies and training.
  • Analyze CRM data to provide actionable insights that drive sales growth.

Sales Enablement & Training:

  • Develop and implement training programs to increase Salesforce adoption and effectiveness among sales teams.
  • Act as the bridge between sales, IT, and marketing to ensure seamless CRM usage and alignment.
  • Support sales teams with analytics, reports, and dashboards to improve decision-making.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Define and track key sales KPIs through reports and dashboards.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and CRM best practices.

Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Work closely with the Sales Director and senior leadership to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants for CRM-related projects.
  • Lead a team (if applicable) focused on sales operations and CRM administration.

Candidate Profile:

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales strategy, or CRM management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce CRM administration, configuration, and optimization.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and performance analytics.
  • Experience in automating workflows, sales enablement tools, and data visualization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in integrating Salesforce with other sales and marketing tools.
  • Understanding of AI-driven sales forecasting and automation.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation and lead management strategies.
