Senior Accountant

Our client, an expanding company in the retail sector, is looking for a Senior Accountant to ensure the accuracy of financial records related to stock, maintain compliance with accounting standards, and optimize processes for better efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintain and reconcile accounts, with a focus on inventory and stock transactions

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports

• Ensure accurate recording of inventory movements and adjustments

• Conduct regular audits to verify stock accuracy and compliance with financial regulations

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

• Work closely with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows

• Support the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets

What We re Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, ideally with expertise in inventory management

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
