Role Overview:

We are looking for an P2P Order Management Specialist to support one of our clients in the reinsurance industry, operating in a complex, international environment. The role focuses on end-to-end order management across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth collaboration with business, finance, and vendor stakeholders.

The role involves working with enterprise order management systems such as SAP Ariba, SAP MM, Tungsten, OBMS, AdobeSign, and Microsoft Office, primarily for IT and Consulting-related orders in a multi-country setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage Purchase Orders and coordinate contract signatures;
  • Support receipt confirmation and ensure invoice validation;
  • Monitor order status, timelines, and data accuracy;
  • Manage discrepancies between Purchase Orders, receipts, and invoices;
  • Collaborate closely with Business Owners, Accounting, and Controlling teams;
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal procedures and regulations;
  • Track key operational metrics and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Profile Requirements:

  • Experience in Order Management or a similar operational role;
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working;
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests;
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder-oriented mindset;
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems and tools;
  • Fluent English (mandatory); French is a plus;
  • Bachelors degree in Management & Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
