We're Hiring | Leasing Manager – Office Real Estate

We are looking for a Leasing Manager to join the Office Division of a leading real estate company in Romania.

The role focuses on managing leasing activities for a portfolio of A-Class office buildings, developing tenant and broker relationships, negotiating lease agreements and contributing to the long-term commercial performance of the portfolio.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in leasing A-Class office buildings and tenant portfolio management.

• Strong knowledge of the Romanian office real estate market.

• Established network of corporate tenants and real estate brokers.

• Excellent negotiation, sales and relationship management skills.

• Experience in lease negotiations, contract administration and tenant retention.

• Advanced English skills.

• Category B driving license.
