We are looking for a Payroll & Invoicing Officer to be part of our Finance team, ensuring our workforce is paid accurately and on time, while also managing client invoicing efficiently. Your Role:

  • Process weekly payroll for a large workforce across multiple sites.
  • Assist employees with payroll queries, ensuring clear and accurate information.
  • Handle end-to-end client invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Maintain payroll and invoicing records, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to support payroll operations, invoicing, and reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of payroll experience, managing high-volume weekly payroll.
Experience in traffic control, labour hire, or construction? A strong advantage, especially with EBA agreements & industry legislation.
Experience with client invoicing? Essential for this role.

Experience using MYOB Advanced? Highly desirable.
Tech-savvy with strong Excel skills and experience across multiple payroll systems.
Detail-oriented & deadline-driven – ensuring payroll and invoicing are processed accurately and on time.
Strong communicator & problem solver – able to handle payroll and invoicing queries professionally.
