Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a dedicated team of traffic controllers, fostering growth, collaboration, and excellence.
• Traffic Management Planning: Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to develop and implement effective traffic management plans.
• Project Coordination: Oversee the execution of traffic control projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Data Analysis: Analyze traffic data to identify patterns and optimize traffic flow and project outcomes.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all traffic control operations meet Australian regulations, guidelines, and safety standards.
• Industry Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, bringing forward innovative ideas to enhance operations.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive project reports, highlighting achievements, addressing challenges, and recommending improvements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 4+ years in traffic control planning and operations, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of Australian traffic management regulations, standards, and guidelines.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in traffic management software and tools for planning, simulation, and reporting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with teams, clients, and authorities.
• Required certifications and licenses, including a valid traffic control certification, White Card, and planning ticket.
• Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing traffic management plans for a variety of projects.
