Planner

We are on behalf of our client looking for a Planner for a project in Trondheim, Norway.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Maintain installation and commissioning schedules aligned with project objectives.
• Monitor project plans, milestones, critical paths, and individual timelines.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive progress toward project goals.
• Support planning setup, development, and updates to align contractor plans with overall project schedules.
• Conduct planning and trend analyses, including float and critical path evaluations.
• Track progress proactively and communicate with senior managers, contractors, and stakeholders to manage interfaces.
• Propose schedule recovery strategies and ensure key milestones are achieved.

Qualifications and personal attributes:

• Bachelor, Master or other relevant education
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably from offshore projects.
• Proficient in Safran, SAP, MIPS, and ProCoSys.
  
• Practical offshore experience with knowledge of installation planning.
• Strong collaboration skills with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Available for work in Trondheim, Norway!
• Good communicative skills in Norwegian and English and team player
• Valid work permit in Norway (or being located within the EU)!
