Barista

The barista is responsible for preparing quality beverages according to standard recipes and serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each guest. He/she is also responsible for educating external and internal guests about our premium coffees and teas.

In order to consistently exceed guest expectations and provide the highest levels of product and services, the barista must acquire knowledge of the entire process of coffee, including maintenance and programming of the machine, grinding methods, roasting and coffee plant cultivation.
