Job Responsibilities:

  • Willingly participates in stock counts of all F&B inventory items held in storerooms.
  • Always follows all inventory and product control policies and procedures and promptly notifies the Provision Master of any discrepancies.
  • Follows all Company specifications for products stored in assigned areas at all times.
  • Always inspects and evaluates the quality of the provisions received during loading to ensure they meet Company and product specifications.
  • Works closely with the Provision Master on the daily accounting of goods issued from the meat/fish/poultry stores.
  • Consistently maintains assigned F&B stores, including the recording, controlling, and issuing of inventory to operational departments.
  • Always assists the Provision Master in rotating inventory and, if requested, provides input on consumption patterns.
  • Willingly participates in the internal loading of all F&B items.
  • Always assists the Provision Master with product inspections and promptly advises of any discrepancies in quality and specifications.
  • Always promptly reports changes in consumption and inventory discrepancies to the Provision Master.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • One year prior experience in a stores environment
  • Knowledge of basic food and beverage storage and preservation
  • Basic knowledge of Public Health and Sanitation regulations and procedures
  • Ability to organize and complete work per deadlines
  • Command of the English language, both verbal and written
