Utility Bar

Supports the bartenders in the day-to-day operation of the public bars and lounges. This position is also charged with ensuring that the bar and lounge areas are clean and orderly. The Utility Bar will stock and re-stock bar/lounge on a constant basis to ensure that the bartenders and bar waiters always have the products the guests require. Assists in the set up and break-down of special events, as needed.

In order to consistently exceed guest expectations and provide the highest levels of product and services, additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
