Finance Attorney

Large National law firm has a need for an Associate Attorney in their finance group in Charlotte, NC. This is a direct hire role with full benefits and relocation assistance.

Preferred candidates would have one to three years of commercial lending or other transactional experience and must have a working knowledge of syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent academic performance and a desire for in-office development are required. Competitive compensation package includes full benefits.
