Psychiatrist - Inpatient - FT - 7on 7off

Position Overview

Korzen Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist providing expert psychiatric care in a supportive, structured environment. This inpatient role features a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule at a 22-bed adult facility, with no pediatric patients. You will also contribute to our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), collaborating closely with mid-level providers to deliver comprehensive care. W2 or 1099 options available.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychiatric care to adult inpatients
• Conduct medical consultations as needed
• Collaborate effectively with mid-level providers and multidisciplinary teams
• Support PHP and IOP services

Schedule & Setting

• Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off
• Facility: 22-bed adult inpatient unit (no pediatric patients)
• Additional Services: Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Compensation & Employment Options

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Active or eligible for South Carolina medical license
• Strong clinical expertise and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with mid-level providers and multidisciplinary teams
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Preferred 3 years of experience working with adult psychiatric patients
