Psychiatrist Inpatient 7on/7off

Korzen Health is partnering with one of the largest Behavioral Healthcare Groups in Bakersfield, CA, to recruit a Full-Time Employed Adult Psychiatrist. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-structured, multidisciplinary team in a dedicated behavioral health setting.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday (Inpatient)
• Patient Population: Adults across high- and low-acuity units, including an ISD unit
• Strong Support System:
  • IOP Program in place.
  • Full social work and treatment team (meets 2x weekly).
  • PMHNP support for med checks.
• Call: Shared weekend coverage (daytime admissions only no overnight call).
• 7on/7off or 14on/14off available

Compensation & Benefits:

• W-2 Employed Position (1099 option available if preferred).
• "All-in" compensation package (no at-risk incentives).
• 6 weeks of PTO.
