Overview:

Product: 3C Patch System 100% Autologous 3-layer patch, utilizing the patients living cells to support wound healing.

Scope of work: The Clinical Specialist calls upon the clinician or provider within the wound care industry while reporting to the Clinical Director. This position is clinical (MUST HAVE CLINICAL DEGREE or DIPLOMA, i.e., RN, BSN, PT preferred). The company is producing a growing body of clinical research with an exciting new autologous wound care therapy used to promote wound healing. The therapy uses the patients own blood cells to create a patch of leukocytes, platelets, and fibrin. Current or previous wound care certifications preferred.   

Location and Coverage:

-US based, work from home office.

-Travel to customer sites, organizational events, Sales Meetings, Trainings, Events/Conferences, or other in-person meeting(s). 

-40-60% travel depends on city & state location. Main Locations will be Cleveland, Cincinnati, Columbus, OH and Greater Chicago, IL area

Qualifications Needed:

-MUST HAVE a Clinical Degree (RN, BSN, PT preferred) 

-Wound care experience is preferred. 

-Must be Certified or Previously Certified in Wound Care

-Preferred at least 3 years of experience in a post-acute wound care center

-Experience with computer applications, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, video conferencing, and email. 

-Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in business relationships. 

Responsibilities/Duties:

-Clinical knowledge of wound care, with the ability to effectively teach and train providers, clinicians, and non-clinicians, in one-on-one and group training sessions. 

-Exceptional communication skills, including ability to interact at all levels within a client organization and ability to effectively present information in small and large group settings. 

-Extremely self-motivated, goal-oriented, and flexible, with the ability to manage competing priorities. 

-Collaboration with cross-functional team members on strategic activities and communication. 

-Proficient in organizing and managing workload effectively while traveling. 

-Assessment of wound progression for patients on therapy. 

-Identification of new patients and facilitation of therapy with designated providers and program/clinical directors.
