PRN Nurse Practitioner -Russell Springs, KY

Korzen Health is working with Healogics in regards to adding a Certified Nurse Practitioner to our Wound Care Center in the Russell Springs, KY area.

Scope of Practice Includes:

This opportunity includes working in our wound care clinic. This is a 100% Wound Care Center position.

Our Wound Care Center includes:

- Full Team- Case Manager, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses, Office Manager, Front end and back end support. Great Work Flow!

- Provider will do Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.

- Provider will average around 10-15 encounters per day, with a majority of wound care and less than 5% Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.

-We offer advanced wound-care treatments to promote healing, including:

• Cellulitis therapy
• Compression therapy
• Hyperbaric oxygen therapy
• Infection management and prevention
• Wound cleaning
• Wound dressing

- EMR is EPIC/IHEAL

- Center hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

- No Nights, No Call, No weekends.

- There is no set schedule- This would be to help cover PTO when needed.

- You will work with Adult and Geriatric patients.

Wound Care Nurse Practitioner Experience Requirements:

• KY State license
• Must be a Certified Nurse Practitioner
• DEA License
• 1 year of NP experience is a must
• Must have procedure experience - simple sutures, I&D's...
