Nurse Practitioner - Walk in Clinic

Korzen Health is collaborating with a well-established healthcare provider in the beautiful coastal town of Ilwaco, WA. Ilwaca is a small town on the west coast between Portland (109 miles) and Seattle (169 miles)

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team.

Clinic Setting:

• Main Clinic is 100 ft away, with another clinic 12 miles north at Ocean Park.
• 100% outpatient work

Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient care exclusively
• See 14-18 patients per day
• Work 4 "10" hour days

Patient Demographics:

• 50% Medicare population (age 65+)
• Focus on ACO (Annual Wellness Visits)

EMR:

• Utilize EPIC EMR system

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $120k-140k
• Excellent medical, dental, and prescription benefits (85% employer-paid)
• 5 weeks vacation plus 7 holidays
• 401K match at 3% after 1 year
• Sign-on and relocation benefits
• 5 days CME with $3,500 stipend (negotiable)
