Wound Care Nurse Practitioner

Korzen Health is working with CHI Health Lakeside and Healogics in regards to adding a part time ( 3 days a week ) Certified Nurse Practitioner to the team.

Healogics has been treating patients with chronic wounds for over 25 years, from over 600 hospital-based wound care centers across the country. Today, Healogics treats over 300,000 wound care patients a year and has healed nearly 4M wounds. Healogics is the expert in wound healing.

Scope of Practice Includes:

This opportunity includes working in our wound care clinic. This is a 100% Wound Care Center position.

Our Wound Care Center includes:

- Full Team- Case Manager, Office Manager, Front end and back end support. Great Work Flow!

- Provider will do Wound Care.

- Provider will average around 12-22 encounters per day

-We offer advanced wound-care treatments to promote healing, including:

• Cellulitis therapy
• Compression therapy
• Infection management and prevention
• Wound cleaning
• Wound dressing

- EMR is EPIC/IHEAL

- Center is open Monday-Friday (position is 3 day per week) 8am-4pm

- No Nights, No Call, No weekends.

- You will work with Adult and Geriatric patients.

Wound Care Nurse Practitioner Experience Requirements:

• Nebraska State license
• Must be Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Must have 1 year of NP experience
• Must have procedure background
• DEA License
