Your Role:

• Conduct evaluations and medical intakes for spinal pain patients (including motor vehicle accidents).
• Perform interventional procedures:
  • Epidural injections (cervical/thoracic/lumbar)
  • Medial branch blocks & radiofrequency ablations
  • Sacroiliac joint & intra-articular hip injections
• Develop personalized treatment plans within our integrated model.
• Collaborate with chiropractors/therapists to optimize non-surgical outcomes.

Ideal Candidate:

• MD/DO board-certified/eligible in Pain Medicine, PM&R, Anesthesiology, or Physical Medicine.
• Active Florida license (or in process) + DEA.
• Procedural competency in spine interventions (training available for exceptional candidates).
• Passion for team-based, conservative pain management.
