Assistant Manager - HR Operations

Konnect BPO Technologies is a dynamic and forward-thinking business process outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering exceptional customer service solutions to clients across various industries. 

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Assistant Manager to join our team at Konnect BPO Technologies. The HR Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager in managing HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and various HR initiatives to ensure the success and well-being of our workforce.

Working Location : Dehiwala
Working Hours      :
9:00 am to 6:00 pm 

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process, including new hire orientation, document verification, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Address and resolve employee queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with HR Manager in conducting performance management and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Participate in the development, communication, and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining HR databases, generating reports, and managing employee files.
  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Participate in initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.

Experience and qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a senior executive or an assistant manager in HR
  • Bachelors degree or any professional qualification in HR
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience in managing teams and providing leadership.
  • Knowledge of the Sri Lankan labor and employment laws
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Age below 35 and female candidates are preferred.
