Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, providing a high level of customer service at all times.
• Manage stock levels and ensure products are well-presented on the shop floor.
• Process sales transactions at the till points and handle cash responsibly.
• Assist in the receiving and stocking of new merchandise.
• Keep up to date with current promotions and new products.

Requirements:

• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• A customer-oriented approach with a passion for providing exceptional service.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
