Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for M365, cloud technologies, and IT security? Join our client's Information & Business Technology (IBT) department and take a lead role in ensuring a secure, reliable, and cutting-edge IT infrastructure.

What Youll Do:

• Own IT Operations Maintain and enhance M365 (Azure, Intune, SharePoint, Teams) and on-prem infrastructure (Active Directory, Exchange).
• Optimize & Secure Implement best practices for system availability, performance, and cyber security.
• Lead & Mentor Guide the IT Operations team, manage projects, and drive technical excellence.
• Innovate Evaluate and introduce new technologies to boost efficiency and security.
• Collaborate & Support Work across teams, handle escalations, and support M&A integrations.
• Ensure Compliance Align IT operations with regulatory standards, including GxP.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of IT infrastructure & operations experience, with deep expertise in M365, cloud, security, and networking.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
• Experience in regulated environments (GxP preferred) and audit participation.
• Fluent in English and German (B2+), with a valid German work permit.
