Koality is searching for a Hardware Engineer on behalf of our cutting-edge robotics client. What Youll Do
As a Robotics Hardware Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in the development and optimization of advanced robotic hardware. Youll work alongside a dynamic R&D team, transforming bold ideas into reality and ensuring our technology remains at the forefront of the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hardware Development Lead the design and engineering of robotic hardware and modular components.
- Innovation & Optimization Continuously improve designs to enhance usability, efficiency, and manufacturability.
- Production & Testing Oversee the manufacturing, assembly, and testing of robotic systems and components.
- Technical Documentation Create detailed user manuals, assembly guides, and technical reports.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting Ensure peak performance through hands-on testing, repairs, and improvements.
- Prototyping & Validation Integrate and test new hardware, analyze results, and refine designs.
What Were Looking For
- Expertise in CAD software and mechanical design.
- Hands-on experience in product development, engineering, and testing.
- Familiarity with CNC milling, rapid prototyping, and assembly processes.
- Strong skills in sensor integration and hardware validation.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- At least 1 year of industry experience in hardware engineering with a proven track record.
- Bonus Skills: Experience with Siemens NX CAD, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for pressure tanks, and design-to-cost methodologies for efficiency improvements.
