Koality is hiring on behalf of a valued client for the position of Head of Facility Management Services. This critical role oversees facility management services within a defined region or country, focusing on operational excellence, service delivery, and leadership in both hard and soft services.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee all facility management (FM) services in your assigned region, ensuring operational efficiency and high service standards.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance organizational and process structures to achieve better results.
  • Provide strong leadership to inspire performance and foster growth across a dynamic team.
  • Manage contractual deliverables, ensuring compliance, cost-saving initiatives, and client satisfaction are achieved.
  • Lead FM services covering hard and soft services, including health, safety, environment (HSE), energy optimization, and food management.
  • Balance client requests with cost-effective service delivery while maintaining high internal standards.
  • Drive services, projects, and programs aligned with client goals, including total cost of ownership (TCO) targets and project outcomes.
  • Implement innovative, analytical approaches to problem-solving and value creation in FM services and the supply chain.
  • Execute portfolio-wide initiatives, such as energy programs, training and development, HSE compliance, and succession planning.
  • Manage financial performance, ensuring expenditures align with budgets and producing variance analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and best practices within FM services.
  • Analyze complex financial and business reports, generating solutions and corrective actions as needed.

Your Profile

  • A degree in engineering, property management, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in an integrated FM role across multiple regions or in a cross-functional outsourced environment.
  • Recognized professional qualifications in facilities management.
  • A proactive and motivated individual with a strong commitment to service excellence and understanding customer needs.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, offering creative and technical solutions in diverse situations.
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
  • Strong reporting and business case preparation skills.
