What will your day look like?
You will be responsible for elevating the company's reach and results across search, programmatic, social, affiliate and other digital advertising. The specialist will build, execute, manage and optimize all paid search, paid social media, affiliate, remarketing and other paid display and video ads. The incumbent will specialize in the digital advertising space but have deep experience with search marketing, and should be comfortable working in an agile, collaborative, team environment. General direction is received from the Sr. Manager, Lifecycle Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute media solutions to drive awareness, growth, website traffic, unique visitors, and new members to Alliant properties
- Plan, build, execute, manage and optimize all paid media marketing campaigns (brand, prospecting and remarketing) and ROI
- Drive strategy & execution, reporting & optimization for our top of funnel and mid funnel paid channels
- Expand B2C paid search program at Alliant for brand, deposit products, lending products and mobile app
- Drive consumers / member acquisition and opening of new products via ads
- Conduct keyword research for paid search campaigns as well as SEO efforts
- Develop and implement full-funnel paid media plan
- Develop and implement A/B test plans for paid media ad copy and associated landing pages
- Work with creative services team to craft paid search marketing ad copy, landing page copy and website copy
- Build targeting strategies and custom audiences within Google Ads, Facebook and similar platforms; continue to refine audiences based on performance
- Plan, build and execute remarketing campaigns
- Analyze trends and report on results and opportunities
- Work with internal teams in marketing, business intelligence, product and technology to ensure performance is accurately tracked
- Act as project manager on all advertising projects
- Manage, track and optimize advertising budget to decrease CPA while also increasing reach
- Participate in marketing strategy meetings
- Make bid adjustments and forecast budget and results
- Maintain knowledge of best practices in paid media, act as subject matter expert for all things related to digital advertising
- Participate on cross-functional teams for marketing and enterprise projects, as assigned
- Develop advertising plans for B2B partner acquisition
- Other duties as assigned
Adhere to and ensure compliance of all business transactions with policy and process of the Bank Secrecy Act. Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, company procedures and policies. Maintain integrity and ethics in all actions and conversations with or regarding credit union members and their accounts; complies with Privacy Act directives.
Qualifications
Required
You'll be a great fit if in addition to the completion of a Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of training & experience, required, and you have
- 3+ years experience with paid media marketing, with a strong focus on search marketing
- Google Ads Search, Google Ads Display, Google Ads Video, Google Ads Apps, and Google Ads Measurement Certifications highly desired
- Successful track record of planning, building, managing and optimizing paid search marketing campaigns
- Deep knowledge of the paid search and paid social space
- Deep understanding of keyword strategy, both paid and organic
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Tableau, SEO platforms, website content management systems, Tableau, and various ad buying platforms
- Proven track record of solving problems with a team
- Experience forecasting and managing advertising budgets
- Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Proven track record of planning and implementing SEO updates
- Analytical thinker who can pivot based on metrics and performance, and report on performance of campaigns
