The Role

  • The Systems Administrator role offers operational support to the team and clients primarily through management of the global stakeholder relationship management database based in Salesforce, and related systems.
  • This role supports and facilitates global cross-company access and use of systems and databases, providing service, reporting, process improvement and client engagement and management to achieve departmental and companywide goals.
  • The role monitors project milestones, ensures quality delivery to meet deadlines, and supports additional systems, reports and operations, including entering, managing and creating reports on confidential and strategic information.
  • This role requires someone who is highly organized, a great communicator, a collaborative team player, and who must demonstrate confidentiality and flexibility in accepting new and changing responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer, manage, report, implement process improvement and systems integration in SalesForce and related systems and tools
  • Develop backend aka Systems Administrative-level Salesforce system enhancements and management
  • Research, report, manipulate and interpret data in SalesForce, Excel, etc., and prepare findings for use in reports, presentations, etc. for a variety of needs, including Talent Management, Casting, Corporate, Compliance, Commercial, etc.
  • Support various systems, reports and operations, including enter, manage and run reports on confidential and strategic information according to established data management quality standards in a timely, accurate, consistent, efficient and effective records management, and comply with Talent and contractual obligations
  • Serve as the primary day to day subject matter expert for the Salesforce system, and develop, administer and continuously improve training and client experience and interface
  • Partner with Compliance for data management standards
  • Attend internal meetings to learn, contribute, represent and report back priorities and plans to support operations
  • Coordinate projects, monitor project milestones and deadlines, prepare status reports, manage data and communicate with clients internal to and external from the GTMO team
  • Support and facilitate numerous projects, monitor project milestones, ensure quality delivery to meet deadlines prepare status reports, manage data and communicate with clients in a dynamic environment ensuring and communicating clear prioritization to GTMO team and other clients while recognizing and appreciating the additional projects outside of these central/ operational projects.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of work experience with technical systems; specifically,
  • proficient in administrative management, reporting, client interface, process improvement and systems integration with Salesforce
  • technically proficient with advanced functions of Excel for reporting, data manipulation and interpretation of data
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Google tools (Docs, Drive, Slides, Sheets, etc) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Proficient with researching and compiling data, reports and presentations with a fast timeline for executives
