Zoom is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Market & Small Business Sales Manager to lead our sales team covering the Philippines. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Representatives focused on driving growth and adoption in the SMB and Mid-Market segment (1–500 employees).
This is a hybrid role based in Manila, with the expectation of meeting the team in person at least two times per week in addition to regular customer and partner visits. You’ll be a hands-on leader who combines strategic vision with tactical execution, while collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Channel, and Solutions teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology/SaaS sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to execute go-to-market strategies in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
- 5+ years of experience in technology sales leadership in a SaaS or UCaaS/CCaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing teams to exceed sales targets in a complex B2B environment.
- Strong coaching and leadership capabilities — able to motivate and grow a diverse team.
- Fluency in English required; Filipino language skills strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of small business and mid-market customer needs and buying behavior in Southeast Asia, particularly the Philippines.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to build relationships with C-level executives.
- Willingness to travel within the Philippines, and occasionally regionally, as needed.
