  • Prepare and review Financial Statements and Depreciation Schedules using Xero, MYOB, and Microsoft 365 suite 
  • Confidently communicate with clients to manage information flow, resolve queries, and provide tax or compliance advice where appropriate 
  • Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal processes 
  • Establish and register new business entities, ensuring correct setup with the ATO and ASIC 
  • Ensure all deliverables are professionally presented, accurate, and compliant with firm procedures and quality control standards 
  • Maintain and update client files, including comprehensive and dated file notes 
  • Prepare workflow and progress reports for both clients and internal review 
  • Actively participate in internal and external training and professional development initiatives 
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required by management or clients
  • .Australian Public Practice in Business Services: 3 years minimum (Required)
  • CA or CPA qualified (or working toward full qualification)
  • Proven experience in the Australian Public Practice Accounting industry
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently in client-facing interactions
  • Strong tax knowledge and practical understanding of business structuring, compliance, and advisory services
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and delegate effectively
  • Technologically confident with working knowledge of Xero, MYOB, and Microsoft Excel/Word
  • Committed to continuous learning and professional development
