  • Conduct outbound lead follow-up calls and emails to both potential and existing customers to qualify leads and promote products and services.

  • Handle high call volumes efficiently, navigate company software systems, and manage bookings through the reservation database.
  • Request air quotes and update booking details as necessary, ensuring all client information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management to support departmental goals and objectives.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the travel industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and build relationships.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, and familiarity with reservation database software.
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving and the ability to manage payments and financial transactions accurately.
  • Experience in CRM software and database management.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and job demands.
