The Senior Associate, Talent Operations is a developing individual contributor dedicated to driving the efficiency of the talent acquisition engine. While maintaining high-level operational support, this role begins to shift focus toward process optimization and system health. The Senior Associate serves as a key partner to the Manager, Talent Operations, contributing to initiatives in tool usage, analytics, and global compliance. This role is designed for a proactive problem-solver who can manage support queues while identifying ways to eliminate manual work through automation.

  • Recruiter Partnership: Act as a dedicated operational partner to the recruiting team, providing guidance on workflow best practices and troubleshooting real-time system hurdles to ensure hiring speed. 
  • Program & Initiative Support: Provide operational support for cross-functional initiatives and talent programs, assisting with the execution of projects related to talent tools and systems. 
  • System Administration: Provide Tier 2 support for the Talent tech stack Greenhouse, GoodTime, Jira, etc., resolving escalated technical issues and managing backend configurations. 
  • Process Engineering: Identify recurring manual friction points in the recruiting lifecycle and assist in designing automated solutions to improve team-wide accuracy. 
  • High-Impact Coordination: Manage candidate logistics for high-priority or executive-level roles, ensuring a white-glove Talkdesk experience. 
  • Data & Analytics: Support the maintenance of reporting dashboards, translating raw data into insights regarding system efficiency and team performance. 
  • Tech Optimization: Manage the maintenance of Talent Operations documentation in NotebookLM, ensuring all system workflows and cross-functional playbooks are accurate and globally compliant.
  • Experience: 24 years of experience in Talent Operations, HR, or a high-growth operational environment. 
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficiency with Greenhouse and Jira; ability to diagnose cross-functional workflow errors. 
  • Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to perform root-cause analysis on operational bottlenecks. 
  • AI Adoption: Interest in evaluating and integrating AI tools to improve personal and team productivity.
  • Additional relevant knowledge or experience related to the above requirements will be considered an advantage.
